I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for those on low income. Please contact me for further information.

Free introductory call

I offer a free 15-minute video call where you can briefly discuss what's bringing you to therapy and ask any questions you may have. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.

Sessions

Weekly sessions are available in person in Sevenoaks (TN13) or online. In person sessions take place in a private counselling room in Sevenoaks, within easy reach of local parking, bus routes, and Bat & Ball train station. Online therapy offers the same regular, confidential space as in-person work, with greater flexibility for busy schedules, parenthood, or changing circumstances.
